These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Wings of Care to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legal terms.
All services will be provided in accordance with an NDIS Service Agreement, which will be developed in collaboration with you. This agreement will detail the specific services, frequency, duration, and associated costs. Any changes to the service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information regarding your NDIS plan and support needs.
Attend scheduled appointments and notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.
Treat our support workers, nurses, and volunteers with respect and courtesy.
Provide a safe and suitable environment for service delivery.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Provide timely feedback regarding the services provided (to serve you better).
Provide services in accordance with your NDIS plan and service agreement.
Deliver services in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner.
Maintain confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Provide qualified and trained staff to deliver services.
Address your concerns and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
Maintain appropriate records of service delivery.
Fees for services will be charged in accordance with the NDIS Price Guidelines and as outlined in your Service Agreement.
Payment will be processed through your NDIS plan or as otherwise agreed upon.
Invoices will be provided regularly, detailing the services provided and associated costs.
Late payments may attract additional charges.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made well in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, in accordance with the NDIS Price Guidelines.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, providing as much notice as possible.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and other relevant legislation. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing NDIS services and as required by law.
We will maintain strict confidentiality of your personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We welcome your feedback and are committed to resolving any complaints in a timely and effective manner.

We will follow our internal complaint handling procedure and provide you with a response as soon as possible. You also have the right to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
