These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by Wings of Care to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). By availing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these legal terms.

NDIS Service Agreement:

All services will be provided in accordance with an NDIS Service Agreement, which will be developed in collaboration with you. This agreement will detail the specific services, frequency, duration, and associated costs. Any changes to the service agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Fees and Payment:

Fees for services will be charged in accordance with the NDIS Price Guidelines and as outlined in your Service Agreement.

Payment will be processed through your NDIS plan or as otherwise agreed upon.

Invoices will be provided regularly, detailing the services provided and associated costs.

Late payments may attract additional charges.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made well in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee, in accordance with the NDIS Price Guidelines.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, providing as much notice as possible.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and other relevant legislation.
Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing NDIS services and as required by law.

We will maintain strict confidentiality of your personal information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Complaints and Feedback:

We welcome your feedback and are committed to resolving any complaints in a timely and effective manner.

We will follow our internal complaint handling procedure and provide you with a response as soon as possible.
You also have the right to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
